Li Ning Company, Ltd. reported that retail sell-through for the first quarter for Li-Ning POS, excluding Li-Ning Young, increased in the low-single digits year over year.
In terms of channels, offline channel (include retail and wholesale) registered a low-single-digit increase, retail (direct operation) declined low-single-digits, wholesale (franchised distributors) increased low-single-digits; and the e-commerce channel registered low-teens growth.
As of March 31, the total number of Li Ning stores (excluding Li-Ning Young) in China amounted to 6,088, representing a net decrease of 29 since the beginning of this year. As of March 31, the total number of Li Ning Young locations in China amounted to 1,453, representing a net decrease of 15 since the year’s start.
