As Levi’s prepares to open its new flagship store on the Champs-Elysées in Paris ahead of the Olympic Games, a new executive will be taking part in the inauguration at the end of April. Lucia Marcuzzo was promoted to General Manager for the whole of Europe in March.
Levi Strauss promoted Lucia Marcuzzo to general manager for Europe, timed with the upcoming opening of its new flagship store on the Champs-Elysées in Paris ahead of the Olympic Garms. Marcuzzo, who assumed the role in March, has overseen all global denim operations for Levi’s in Northern Europe for the past three years.
Levi’s also confirmed the departure of Canadian executive Diana Dimitian, who headed up the Southern Europe region since the end of 2018.
Marcuzzo brings over 20 years of experience working in the denim category. She spent ten years at Diesel as head of retail before joining Levi’s and its Brussels offices in 2010, initially as vice president of retail before overseeing the Germany-Benelux region in 2016. Her responsibilities grew to include the UK, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe.
