Leatherman Tool Group has reportedly launched an Insider Rewards Program, giving customers “Insiders” rewards and offers.
“Leatherman multi-tools have become trusted companions in people’s lives for four decades, and the Leatherman Insider Rewards Program is our way of saying ‘Thank You’ to our fans,” said Ben Rivera, CEO of Leatherman Tool Group. “For forty years, we’ve taken pride in delivering unparalleled products and customer experiences, and we’re excited to deepen our relationship with our Insiders through this crafted loyalty program.”
The program awards customers points for interacting with the brand (when making purchases and leaving product reviews on its website). Insiders earn points for their purchases and engagement; they progress through three program tiers– Select, Premier and Elite, each level with a growing set of benefits.
Insiders also get free shipping for orders over $40 (no minimums for Premiere and Elite Insiders), an extended 40-year warranty on qualifying products, and 30-day returns and exchanges. The program complements Leatherman Tool’s longstanding warranty program, whereby Insiders receive an extended warranty policy on leatherman.com purchases. The extended warranty upgrades from 25 years to 40 years for eligible products, matching how long the company has been in business.
