Leading Edge will again employ Jason Jablonskii this upcoming winter season and expand his part time role beyond Swix product education and service to a new role as their Nordic specialist.
Jablonski is a certified coach as well as a former professional athlete and will maintain his successful SET Coaching business in the Northwest along with his new duties.
“He's one of those guys that is very humble while being a serious Nordic skier, Triathlete and Cyclist” reports Dane Stephenson, owner of Leading Edge. “Jablonski accomplishments as an athlete, including a 2005 Xterra Amateur World Champion title, are really impressive but his positive attitude, retail experience and ability to deliver informative Swix info really ties in to what we're all about. As a former coach and programs director of the Leavenworth Nordic Program, Jablonski already knows many of the stores and ski events taking place in the NW.
All of the brands, represented by Leading Edge, have expanded significantly over the past few years and Swix will add even more great products to their line-up in 2013. Jablonski will be 'in territory' supporting retailers and events while industry trade shows/demos are taking place. Based in Wenatchee, WA, Jablonski will work the entire Northwest region.
“Our summer lines, Rollerblade, Pivot & BH cycling, are also growing at a very rapid pace so you may see him on a more permanent basis next spring too – we're glad to have him right now,” said Stephenson.
Leading Edge in Woodinville WA represents Swix, Uvex, Toko Alpine, Rollerblade, Bison Designs, Dermatone, Pivot/BH Cycles and Recon Instruments in the Northwest. Dane Stephenson is the principal rep with 26 years in the biz. Klaus Pittman has been with the group for 15 years and Lisa Davies is the office manager. The team has been awarded many individual and agency awards over the years and is dedicated to the brands and amazing retailers they have the pleasure to work with. SET Coaching is owned and managed by Jason Jablonskii independently.
