LAX Ammunition will open a new store this fall in Laguna Hills, the fifth for the Southern California retailer.
Providing the same lines of ammunition found in its other stores, including Lax branded ammo, Freedom Munitions, Hornady, and Remington, among others, the new location will also sell shooting and range supplies, safes and protective gear.
LAX Ammunition is manufactured and owned by Freedom Munitions, LLC after Fernandez Holdings, Inc. purchased the ammunition manufacturer and franchise in the summer of 2022.
“We’re excited to be opening a new location in the Laguna Hills area,” said Toby Thill, president of Freedom Munitions. “This is our second store opening within the past year as we continue to broaden our footprint in the California market. This store location offers more opportunities for Californians in the area to access high-quality Freedom Munitions and LAX ammunition at a competitive price.”
LAX Ammunition also serves southern Californians in Inglewood, Orange County, San Marcos, and San Diego. Its flagship store in Inglewood is connected to LAX Firing Range, southern California’s largest full-service firing range. LAX-branded Ammunition is manufactured in the USA by Freedom Munitions in Lewiston, ID, and offers a variety of pistol and rifle calibers.
