Lazrfit combines laser tag and high intensity interval training (HIIT) to challenge multiple fitness levels, claiming to burn more than 200 calories in 12 minutes.

The concept workout plays up the competitive nature of laser tag while adding elements of fitness and tactical strategy. Players zigzag through the parkour-inspired park while ducking behind walls and jumping off ramps.

Successful players dodge lasers with quick bursts of intensity and target accuracy. Once a player is tagged, they must reactivate the use of their “Lazr Handle” by moving. Different targets on a player’s holster vest and handle set off different responses. The more difficult a target is, the more opportunities there are to capture points.

Lazrfit is set to open its doors to the public for a free play day on Saturday, April 15, 2017 in Downtown LA.
