Lands’ End, Inc. reported executive leadership hires and organizational changes to support its business objectives and growth initiatives. They take effect at the start of Lands’ End’s next fiscal year, beginning January 28, 2023, unless otherwise noted.

  • Peter L. Gray, the company’s executive vice president, chief administrative officer and general counsel has been appointed chief commercial officer.
  • Angie Rieger, the company’s divisional president, Lands’ End Outfitters, has been appointed chief transformation officer.
  • Kym Maas joins the company as senior vice president, product and merchandising, reporting to Rieger.
  • Jim Gooch, company president and chief financial officer, will step down at the conclusion of Lands’ End’s 2022 fiscal year and assist with the transition of his duties as an advisor to the company through March 31, 2023.
  • Bernard McCracken, the company’s chief accounting officer has been appointed interim chief financial officer. The company plans to conduct a search for a permanent chief financial officer, with the assistance of a leading global executive search firm.
