La Sportiva promoted Chrissy Wise to marketing director, Quinn Carrasco to marketing manager, and Wes Green to vice president of sales and marketing. All three are veterans of La Sportiva and all promotions are effective immediately.
“We’ve never had a better opportunity to integrate our sales and marketing teams than we do right now and that’s a critical element for the continued success of our brand,” said Jonathan Lantz, president of La Sportiva North America. “Chrissy and Quinn have been driving the department for years. Adding Wes’ experience is a huge catalyst for the success of the brand. The guardrails between teams are down!”
Wise has worked at La Sportiva for 12 years, most recently as creative director. She is behind nearly all of the advertising and content that the brand has produced over that period and is excited about the opportunity that this new role presents. She said, “La Sportiva is an exceptional brand with significant momentum but this is an amazing opportunity to get creative and deliver fun projects that inspire our fan base and improve sales. We have exciting things coming and can’t wait to share them with the market.”
Carrasco has been at La Sportiva for six and a half years, first as a road warrior handling field marketing events and more recently as sports marketing manager, wrangling the numerous athletes that La Sportiva supports. Green has been at La Sportiva for just shy of a year but has quickly proven himself by identifying the benefits of better sales and marketing team integration.
