La Jolla Group, the parent company of O’Neill Clothing, Mountain Khakis, and other apparel brands, has hired Nathan Boroff as CFO, David Kranz as VP of growth and partnerships, and Ted Bramble as creative director.
The appointments come as Carrie Piccolini, the long-time VP of marketing for O’Neill Clothing, recently joined SISSTR as VP of sales and marketing.
Other labels owned or licensed by La Jolla include PSD Underwear, Sol Angeles, Voyager Goods, Hang Ten, and Lightning Bolt.
The company reported that “Boroff brings extensive financial leadership experience across consumer brands and operational infrastructure, including, most recently, at Boen.” As CFO, he will oversee finance, accounting, IT, and demand planning across all La Jolla Group business units. He reports directly to Daniel Neukomm, CEO, and will play a key role in “building on the systems, data governance and financial strategy needed to scale efficiently and sustainably.”
Kranz, shown left, who previously worked for athleisure brand Swet Tailor and Los Angeles, CA-based lifestyle brand One World Apparel, steps into the newly created role of vice president of Growth & Partnerships, managing key accounts. He reports to Jeremy Hale, chief commercial officer>.
Bramble’s experience, shown bottom right, includes leading creative strategy at Netflix, Mattel, Sony, and Warner Bros Discovery. As Creative Director, Bramble will oversee the company’s creative identity across its portfolio, driving “ elevated campaigns and consistent consumer connection.”
“We’re thrilled to welcome Nathan, David and Ted to the team,” said Neukomm. “As we continue to invest in the next phase of our growth, these leadership additions bring the exact combination of creativity, commercial discipline, and operational strength we need to support our brands and partners. Together, they represent the next step in building a future-ready business.”
As part of this transition, La Jolla Group also expressed gratitude to Piccolini, who worked for O’Neill for 22 years. La Jolla said in a media release, “Carrie played an instrumental role in building and evolving the O’Neill brand and its go-to-market strategy.”
