Kwik Tek Inc. last week acquired all assets of Sportsstuff Inc., which makes lake, pool, backyard and marine inflatable products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The company expects the move will strengthen its position in the marine and sporting goods space.

Airhead has a slightly more conservative approach to the market, while being famous for its attention to detail, customer service and exemplary product quality. The breakthrough synergy that these two brands deliver is incredible!”
The deal expands the product line of the Golden, CO-based company which already includes names such as Airhead, World Industries Hull Hugr boat fenders and bumpers, Dry Pak waterproof cases, ATV Logic, Jet Logic and Scooter Logic power sports equipment.
