Kohl’s January Comps Increase 5.5%

Kohl’s Corporation reported total sales for the four week period ended February 1, 2003 were up 22.1% over the four week period ended February 2, 2002, while comparable store sales increased 5.5%.

For the 13 weeks ended February 1, 2003, total sales increased 16.9% over the 13 weeks ended February 2, 2002,while comparable store sales increased 1.2%.

For the 52 weeks ended February 1, 2003, total sales were up 21.8% over the 52-week period ended February 2, 2002, while comparable store sales increased 5.3%.
