Just in time for the holidays and with NBA season underway, Nike Vision and NBA MVP and Champion Kevin Durant, (KD), just announced the release of a new eyewear collection for kids and adults.
<span style="color: #99ccff;">Featuring bold hues worn by Durant, the new colors – Matte Clear Silver, Clear Blue and Cobblestone Silver – will be added to several key existing adult optical styles, spanning a variety of on-trend shapes. The Young Athlete optical collection will feature a new color – Matte Obsidian — inspired by the new Golden State Warrier colors. The adult colors, in clear-blue frames, were inspired by the clear/gum sole of KD’s Nike Zoom KDX, pictured below.
Each of the adult styles in the latest optical collection feature rivet screw hinges, a laser-etched KD signature in the metal core wire, a KD logo plaque inside the temple tip and the Nike Swoosh logo on both temples.
