K2 Sports reached an agreement to license the Adio skate brand to Anthony L&S Footwear Group. Terms were not disclosed. L&S, which makes footwear under the Fubu, U.S. Polo Association, Mt. Gear, Levi's, Cadillac and Greedy Genius names, is headed by former Foot Locker executive Rick Mina.
K2 Sports' other brands include K2, Morrow, Ride Snowboards, Line, Planet Earth, 5150, Tubbs, Atlas, and Little Bear.
