JDH Capital Company announced its acquisition of Pure Archery Group, the manufacturer of archery products.

Pure Archery Group, known as Bowtech until 2020, owns and operates archery brands including Bowtech, Diamond, Excalibur, Black Gold, TightSpot, RipCord, and Octane. Headquartered in Eugene, OR, the company distributes worldwide, with production facilities in Oregon, Montana, Michigan, and Ontario (Canada).
