JD Sports Fashion Plc, parent company for Finish Line, Shoe Palace and DTLR retail brands in the U.S., hired Theresa Casey as general counsel and company secretary of JD, effective immediately.
Casey joined JD from the Open Banking Implementation Entity, where she was general counsel, having previously served as general counsel and company secretary at N Brown Group Plc for seven years until March 2022.
