JCPenney hired Keith Melker as chief transformation and strategy officer driving consumer traffic, inventory management, digital growth, strategic partnerships, and evolving the retailer’s value delivery model. Katie Mullen will remain the chief digital officer.

Melker was the CEO of Wehner Multifamily, a Texas-based property management company. Before that, he was the chief strategy officer for Kimberly-Clark Corp. He also has over a decade of experience working at Boston Consulting Group as a managing director and Partner.
