Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) has partnered with Teton Gravity Research (TGR) to host “FarOutFest” this Saturday, September 15.

Teton Village will transform for a full day of music, activities and entertainment surrounding the world premiere of the highly anticipated annual ski and snowboard film by TGR, “Far Out,” presented by REI. There will be free concerts by local and national touring music acts brought to you by 10 Barrel Brewing Company, ski boot rock climbing competitions, biking, food vendors and lots of free and family friendly activities at the base area.

The JH Bike Park will reopen for the afternoon, and guests are encouraged to come shred with the TGR athletes. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort will be offering a 50 percent discount for bike park tickets as well as $50.00 bike rentals which include a lift ticket. The bike park will be open from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

“We are super excited to introduce a new format to the 23rd annual TGR World premiere,” said Todd Jones, co-founder of TGR. “We have always wanted to have a more significant event that encompassed activities, music and our latest film. We are excited to have five bands play throughout the day and give people a chance to interact with the TGR athletes on an intimate level at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the TGR home base for over 20 years. Best of all, it’s all for a great cause, as for the 23rd consecutive year, 100 percent of the proceeds from our world premiere (and now from the festival) are being donated to local charity partners.”
