Mission-ITECH Hockey has entered into a multi-year agreement with the NHL for the company’s ITECH brand to become the Official Visor and Goalie Mask of the league. As a result of the partnership, the NHL Shield will begin appearing on all ITECH facial and goalie mask products and packaging in 2008.

For its part, MIH has committed “significant” advertising dollars to help promote the joint venture through its various marketing channels. The company also plans to launch uniquely designed visor and mask concepts for special NHL events, among which include the All-Star Game and Stanley Cup Final.

Randy Burns, vice president of marketing for Mission-ITECH Hockey, commented, “We have been a proud NHL partner for several years now, and this recent agreement is another example of how both parties continue to actively grow the relationship for the benefit of everyone involved, including all 30 NHL clubs who will now receive a significant supply of ITECH visors and masks for their players.”
