IStores Inc., the owner of paintball e-tailer Xtremez, has acquired Outrageous Ventures Inc., the owner of PrankPlace.com, a novelty and gag gift retailer.
According to The Columbian in Washington, IStores paid more than $1.2 million for Outrageous Ventures.
President Steve Wampold said the novelty sites accounted for about 30 percent of Outrageous Ventures' revenues.
