ispovision, the International Trade Show for Premium Sportstyle – Fashion Inspired by Sports, has a new project manager, Sevil Özlük.

Ms. Özlük, who is from Stuttgart, Germany, completed her training as an advertising merchant at the Karstadt Department Store chain and then studied business with a double major in advertising and communications. She acquired a lot of knowledge in the areas of fashion and the fashion trade as marketing director of the clothing company US40 and the Maier Sports Group.

Then she dedicated all her energy to the “all-rounder winter world”, the ski hall in Neuss, and most recently was the project manager for the FIS Cross-Country Skiing World Cup along the banks of the Rhine River in Dusseldorf.

In addition to her activity as ispovision Project Manager, Ms. Özlük is Community Manager for “sports & style”, the former sportswear area of ispo and consequently responsible for all textile halls at ispo. sportswear_ispo, now called “sports & style”, has been redesigned in months of painstaking and detailed work and will be presented for the first time at ispo winter 07.

“Especially in the sports area, the market has brought out amazing collections over the past years as we can see daily in music videos, clubs and everyday life. The borders between fashionable clothing for sports and fashion collections, which are inspired by sports, are fading increasingly and have already disappeared in some segments. We define precisely the intersection of these as sportstyle and see a lot more potential there. I am looking forward to this new challenge,” Ms. Özlük stated.
