Leather manufacturer ISA TanTec on Thursday announced sales structural changes.

Ronda de Bie, current director of U.S. sales and product management, will be promoted to senior vice president of sales of the ISA TanTec Group starting October 1, reporting to CEO Uwe Hutzler. She will be responsible for all sales activities globally.

De Bie has been in the leather industry for 25-plus years, working with tanneries Pfister & Vogel, Tyche Leather and Shanghai Richina. She gained extensive experience in sales management and product development throughout various positions.

“Her tenure with ISA TanTec began in 2012 as the director of sales and product management and played an important role for the company’s growth over this period,” Hutzler said. “She also built a strong sales team in the USA, bringing ISA’s representation to a higher level.”

ISA TanTec’s current SVP of sales, Keith Hill, will relocate to the U.S. after 21 years based in Asia. He has been in this position for the ISA TanTec group for the last six years and contributed tremendously to the growth of ISA during that time. He will continue to work for the company as VP of business development, based out of ISA’s Portland, OR, showroom.

Having established himself as the premier account executive on the West Coast after only four years with ISA TanTec, Gordon Wemmitt has been promoted of sales director in the U.S., reporting to de Bie.
