Hydro Flask, a producer of insulated stainless steel flasks, a Helen of Troy Ltd. company, added two new directors and a corporate social responsibility manager. Alan Kissell joins Hydro Flask as the director of sales overseeing the sport and outdoor channels, and Tor Brown will serve as the hard goods category director. Indigo Teiwes comes on board as the corporate social responsibility manager.

Most recently, Kissell (pictured above) served as the west region sales manager for Superfeet Worldwide. Prior to that, Kissell spent 10 years at Adidas America in numerous roles leading to his final position as director of U.S. sales operations. Kissell then joined Columbia Sportswear where he spent three years as the national sales manager of footwear.

Brown (pictured above) comes to Hydro Flask from Black Diamond Equipment, where he was the senior global mountain category director. Before Black Diamond, he was a product line manager at Nike for several categories including men’s running apparel, NFL apparel and sports performance bags.

Teiwes (pictured above) joins Hydro Flask from Ecova, where she was the international product and business solutions director providing programs to meet total energy and sustainability management needs. Before her time at Ecova, Teiwes served as director of carbon advantage at Earth Advantage Institute.

“Alan, Tor and Indigo bring an extensive amount of experience and we are excited to have such talented individuals join the Hydro Flask family,” said Hydro Flask General Manager Scott Allan. “We believe each will be integral in helping continue our brand’s global expansion efforts.”
