Hydro Flask, maker of double-wall vacuum insulated bottles, added operations and sales managers to its team in Bend, OR. Andi Muzzioli joins Hydro Flask as operations manager and Charlie Ortega has filled the director of sales position.
Hydro Flasks are sold in more than 1,000 retail stores worldwide. With Muzzioli and Ortega working at the Hydro Flask World Headquarters in Bend, OR, the company plans to launch new products and expand into new market categories in 2011.
Muzzioli has extensive experience managing hectic office environments, which she’ll use to help streamline Hydro Flask operations. Muzzioli is educated with a background in advertising management from Portland State University. She is an Oregon native and enjoys Bend’s outdoor recreational opportunities, including hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, rafting and yoga.
As director of sales, Ortega will oversee Hydro Flask’s sales efforts worldwide, strengthening and managing an international team of sales representatives and handling in-house accounts. Ortega is the previous director of sales for Procraft Heritage Creations, which specializes in the design and manufacturing of custom golf interiors and clubhouse millwork. Ortega resides in Bend with his wife and two children.
