Honeywell International appointed Sean O’Brien president of global retail business for its footwear brands, including Original Muck Boot Company, Xtratuf, Oliver Safety Boots, Neos and Ranger. Michelle Hogue was appointed senior global brand manager for footwear.
The new appointments round out the retail footwear senior management team, which also includes Heather Kananowicz, director of product marketing, and Leslie Beckwith, director of e-commerce.
As president, O’Brien will develop and execute strategic growth plans for all retail footwear brands. He leads product development, marketing, sourcing, e-commerce, sales, customer service and outside distributors to maximize global growth of the full product portfolio. He joined Honeywell in 2011 as a retail marketing leader and has more than 28 years of retail experience.

Hogue is responsible for the global brand positioning and strategic direction for the retail footwear brands. Working with global product managers, e-commerce and sales, she leads initiatives to position the brands as leaders in the footwear market and directs all marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, marketing collateral, POP, sales materials, social media, website, trade shows and consumer promotions and activations. Hogue brings more than 17 years of marketing and branding experience to the role. She joins Honeywell from Shark Ninja, a home products company. Prior to that position, she spent over 10 years in various marketing and product development roles at Hasbro, a juvenile toy manufacturer.
