POW Inc., parent company to POW Gloves and Spacecraft, today announced the successful completion of its transaction to acquire 100 percent ownership of Holden Outerwear. The transaction closed and became effective Dec. 1, 2013.



“We have vetted several opportunities in the past year, and Holden Outerwear met our criteria to round out our portfolio of authentic and recognizable brands. We are excited to partner with the founders to provide them with the operational support they need to stay competitive in the outerwear industry,” said Greg Danielson, CEO of POW Inc.
The acquisition lays the foundation for POW Inc. to focus on strengthening its brands, POW Gloves, Spacecraft Collective and now Holden Outerwear, while scaling the business to its true potential.

Co-founded byprofessional snowboarder Mike LeBlanc and designer Scott Zergebel, Holden Outerwear was inspired by the desire to bring street fashion to the mountain. Holden will be showing its 2014 collection at the SIA and ISPO SIA trade shows.
