HippyTree said it expects The Westward Collection, a line of backpacks produced in collaboration with Jansport, will hit dealer's shelves this week.
“As the original ‘Surf & Stone’ apparel company, it was a natural fit for HippyTree to join forces with Jansport, the original outdoor gear brand,” said HippyTree founder Andrew Sarnecki.
The backpack collection lands at core surf and outdoor stores this week.
The collection includes three backpacks designed for aimless wandering from the mountains to the beach. Earlier in the year, the HippyTree Tribe embarked on a 24-hour road trip to test the durability and functionality of the packs. A bouldering excursion in Joshua Tree was followed by a paddle out at one of our favorite LA surf breaks.
The bags feature a wet-dry bag, laptop sleeve and cooler zone for beverages all the essentials for a day of scouting waves and hunting stone.
