Hillerich & Bradsby Co. Inc., maker of the Louisville Slugger, has appointed three new board members. They include Doug Cobb, the former chairman and CEO of Appriss Inc., David Heath, who recently retired as vice president of
global sales for Nike Inc., and Kirk Perry, president of
Procter & Gamble Co.’s global family care division.

“We’re honored to add these business and community leaders with many years of high-level experience at multinational companies to our board,” H&B chairman Jack Hillerich said in the statement. “Their knowledge, insight and expertise will be invaluable as our board provides strategic oversight to H&B management as it works to grow the company.”
