For the last 18 months, Scott McGuire has been Klean Kanteen’s director of sales and marketing.  These changes follow Scott’s decision to balance his time with other business interests while enabling him to remain involved and continue to contribute to Klean Kanteen’s long-term success through a more focused consulting capacity.

“Scott has set an exceptionally strong framework and trajectory for both the sales and marketing teams. He will remain a part of the Klean Kanteen family as a consultant to the brand and on several strategic projects,” states Jim Osgood, CEO and President of Klean Kanteen. “We’re incredibly excited about the new and expanded talent on our leadership team.  I’m confident that with these important changes along with a keen focus on new products, Klean Kanteen has taken yet another major step forward in providing responsible solutions for eliminating single use waste and supporting our brand worldwide.“

Duffy, who served as the national sales manager for Klean Kanteen, has been promoted to director of sales. Since joining Klean Kanteen in 2012, Duffy has overseen double-digit growth in sales figures as well as a rapidly growing sales force team.  Prior to Klean Kanteen, Duffy was Sales and Marketing Director at Kokatat, as well as held positions with Cypress Grove Chevre, Yakima and various other outdoor companies.

Bruhn will assume the role of director of marketing & brand at Klean Kanteen. She worked most recently as the head of Marketing at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. and has a long history within the outdoor industry at companies like KEEN CamelBack, and Clif Bar. In her role at Klean Kanteen, Bruhn will be the steward of external and internal brand standards, messaging, and communications on a global scale as well as oversee the brand’s relationship with external agencies.

Notheis will step into the newly created position of director of product management, where he will be responsible for understanding and addressing customer needs, and driving the development and launch of product solutions across all of Klean Kanteen’s global markets. Notheis joins the Klean Kanteen team after spending eight years as a category manager for Giro Snow Helmets and Goggles.

All three positions report directly to Osgood as part of his executive team to ensure Klean Kanteen continues to provide a steady stream of new products and compelling sales programs to support brand development and effective commercialization plans.
