Martha, the sustainably-focused headwear brand based in Argentina, hired Albert Shim as sales manager to expand its U.S. business, having entered California in 14 stores.
The U.S. retail stores include Bing in Encinitas, Mountain Air Sports in Santa Barbara, Pancho’s Surf Shop in Pismo Beach, Wavelengths in Morro Bay, and Surf Hut in Imperial Beach, CA.
A 20-year outdoor industry veteran, Shim hired sales reps Steve Mendelson to cover Southern California, Bud Freitas for Northern California, Craig Frick in Florida and Alabama, Celey Rodriguez in Puerto Rico and The Caribbeans, and Black Dog Sales, led by Ian Decker and Shondia Houtzer, in the Rockies.
