In an ongoing commitment to innovative design and use of technology, Headsweats has hired Beth Brewster as Product Line Manager to elevate their ability to craft the best headwear for athletes, racers and general fitness enthusiasts.

“We chose Beth to be part of the Headsweats team because of her design experience and great creativity,” according to Kay Martin, Headsweats president. “Her successes in the business world and as an athlete demonstrate her ability to commit and get the job done.”

Brewster’s expertise is color and trend spotting, and her focus for the Headsweats line will be adaptation. Headsweats wants to step-up the design process by creating products that help athletes adapt to their different sport interests and sporting environments. Brewster honed her professional talents as the global product manager for Brooks and also while working at Athleta.

“I discovered Headsweats through my participation in Ironman races,” says Brewster. “A Headsweats hat became a badge of honor and lucky charm for my races, so I look forward to being on the team of a product I just love and introducing many more athletes to the benefits of this great brand.”

Brewster is a self-proclaimed challenge seeker, always pushing herself and striving for more. In addition to her IRONMAN accomplishments, she finished the Ultraman Canada in 2009 and has been invited to compete in the Ultraman World Championships.
