Gregory Mountain Products hired two new department leaders, one to oversee information technology and the other to head up customer service.

As Gregory’s new Information Technology Manager, John Sparks, brings more than 25 years of technology experience acquired through a variety of manager and programming positions, including his most recent post as Director of Systems Engineering at LexisNexis Examen, Inc. Sparks, who holds a degree in computer science, began his career as technology professional at Caribou Mountaineering and returns to the industry where he got his start after 25 years.

Hugh Ewing, Jr. will lead customer service as manager of that department. He brings a degree in business and over 20 years in sales, marketing, customer service and specialty retail to the post. Among his previous experience, Ewing worked as Director of Dealer and Customer Service for ExOfficio.
