Gregory Mountain Products promoted Jordan Phillips and Jake Martin to the respective posts of national sales manager and marketing manager, where they will take on greater authority for sales and marketing strategy and program development. To date, Phillips worked at Gregory as assistant sales manager and Martin as assistant marketing manager.

In his new role, Phillips will act as Gregory’s lead sales advocate. He also will oversee the company’s force of independent sales representatives and become a member of the Gregory management team, which includes representatives from the sales, marketing, and research and development arenas. Phillips has worked for just over a year and a half at Gregory Mountain Products.

Martin will oversee a stepped-up marketing program at Gregory for 2006. Among his duties, he will manage market research efforts, marketing collateral development and athlete and event programs. He also will oversee Gregory’s public-relations initiatives and become a member of the Gregory management team. Martin has worked for almost two years at Gregory Mountain Products.

Both individuals will report to Paul Gagner, vice president of sales and marketing, who supervises sales and marketing strategy and tactic development.

“Jordan and Jake have worked hard and both proven to be creative and strategic managers, and they each have deep roots in the outdoors,” Gagner said. “I’m extremely pleased to expand their roles and responsibilities at Gregory, and I’m supremely confident in their abilities to lead our sales and marketing efforts.”
