Granite Gear Hosts Sen. Al Franken at Minnesota Headquarters

Senator Al Franken (D-MN) visited Granite Gears headquarters in Two Harbors, MN Saturday, Feb. 23. After being greeted by 30 staff and their family, Franken toured the facility and met with Granite Gear founders Jeff Knight and Dan Cruikshank to discuss changes in military spending in the future and how this might relate to Granite Gears growing tactical products business.

Also discussed were the challenges of operating a business in an area without viable high speed internet service.
