Arch support manufacturer, Good Feet, LLC and shoe manufacturer, Tenevis Footwear, have partnered together to create a customized, comfort technology shoe system.
Two distinct shoe styles – the Tenevis by Good Feet La Jolla and the Tenevis by Good Feet Cardiff – will be sold in Good Feet's franchised retail stores.
“We are not a rocker; we use very unique technology,” explains David Corsi, Tenevis President and COO. “Tenevis is a powerful shoe that offers a soft ride while providing you with a very stable platform for walking.”
Corsi goes onto explain that, “Tenevis shoes are also slip-resistant and non-marking. They're great for people who are on their feet all day in their working environment.”
The companies state the idea behind the Tenevis line of shoes is to offer consumers a customized foot wear solution that is not only stylish but also provides impact reduction, a decrease in muscle fatigue and pain relief.
Keeping in line with those goals, the La Jolla features a lightweight design with mesh and leather overlays; enhanced cushioning in the sole of the shoe; a foot stabilizing 'balance bone' in the shoe's midsole and a customizable balance chip, made of polyurethane, which is inserted into the shoe's heel area.
“Good Feet's mission is to produce and offer pain-relieving solutions for our customers,” says Matt Coleman, owner and President of Good Feet. “The Tenevis by Good Feet La Jolla coupled with a customizable selection of Good Feet arch supports made specifically for the Tenevis shoe is the perfect union.”
With research and testing results backed by the University of Calgary Kinesiology, the Tenevis La Jolla is shown to provide up to 40 percent impact reduction. Both the La Jolla and the Cardiff are shown to provide 127 percent more cushioning than other leading shoe brands. In addition to the shoe, consumers are personally fit with a Tenevis Specific Support (TSS), manufactured by Good Feet in their Carlsbad, CA facility, to complete the system.
An official launch date of October 1 has been set to bring the Tenevis by Good Feet shoe system to market.
