G/Fore has appointed Suzy Biszantz as chief executive officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2025.
Reporting to parent company Peter Millar’s CEO, Scott Mahoney, Biszantz will oversee G/Fore’s business operations, develop strategies to optimize efficiencies and drive sustainable growth—a “foundational pillar” for the company.
Biszantz also oversees all departments, working closely with Founder and Chief Creative Officer Mossimo Giannulli to ensure brand DNA remains at the fore during the transition.
With over twenty-five years of brand leadership experience, Biszantz has worked in luxury, athletic, contemporary, and menswear apparel. Most recently, she was the group president at Centric Brands for its men’s and women’s platforms, overseeing operations for brands including Hervé Léger, Joe’s Jeans, Hudson Jeans, Buffalo Jeans, Zac Posen, and Izod. While there, Biszanta also played a “pivotal role in creating and launching Favorite Daughter.”
Before Centric Brands, Biszanta was the CEO of La Perla’s North American division, reported to have led a “comprehensive restructuring, driving significant EBITDA increase and consistent growth.” She also held the position of president and CEO at the Greg Norman Collection, a division of Reebok. Under her leadership, the brand “underwent a remarkable turnaround, setting the stage for a lucrative sale.”
Under Biszanta’s leadership, G/Fore reported in a media release that it is “looking forward to the future of the brand as it continues to grow rapidly in the golf space and beyond, focusing on international expansion, broadening wholesale offerings, and fine-tuning direct-to-consumer programs to meet increasing consumer demand.”
Founded in 2011, G/Fore manufactures footwear, apparel and accessories for men and when and for golf enthusiasts worldwide, including tour players like Brandt Snedeker, Ryann O’Toolee, Alvaro Quiros, and Thomas Detry.
