FuelBelt announced the signing of professional triathlete Tim O’Donnell to the FuelBelt Team.

O’Donnell, labeled as “America’s Next Great Hope for Hawaii Ironman” by Inside Triathlon in 2011, has proven to be a fierce competitor in triathlon for the past few years. Coming from the ITU world and making the transition to longer distances, O’Donnell has confirmed that, regardless of the distance, he can still win.

In 2011, O’Donnell had 3 1st place wins, and 3 additional finishes in the top 10. His drive and discipline will only help make 2012 an even greater racing year.

“I am very excited to be starting my partnership with FuelBelt in 2012.  I've been using FuelBelt product for the past two seasons and the Revenge Belt has been a key component to my step up to Ironman racing.  Confidence in your race gear is extremely important and with my FuelBelt hydration and nutrition carrying components I know I don’t have to worry,” said O’Donnell.

“FuelBelt has a long history of working with the best athletes in the world to win the biggest events around the globe.  We believe that Tim O'Donnell is the future of long course triathlon and America's next big thing.  We look forward to working together on ground-breaking innovations which will debut later this season.  On the field and off, TO is a stand out and is a huge addition to our FuelBelt team,” stated Vinu Malik, founder and CEO of FuelBelt Inc.
