Fox Head Inc. has named Michael Millenacker as general manager, USA. Millenacker will be assuming the leadership and management of all Fox US Business and will be reporting directly to Nick Adcock, CEO.



Marie Takeshita who previously held this role will move to the newly created position vice president, USA clothing sales.
Adcock said the appointment is an important step in the transformation of Fox’s brand strategy to align categories, consumers, and distribution channels.

“As we develop our global brand strategy around Prepare-Preform-Live it is crucial that we have a management team that possesses a shared understanding of the untapped opportunity,” Adcock said. “Having someone with Michael’s regional experience will allow us to strategically seize this market opportunity. The US is the “heart and soul” of the Fox brand and I’m excited to have Michael join the Fox team as we plan for the future.”

Michael brings over 20 years of Outdoor apparel and accessories experience to Fox, including years in numerous leadership roles with VF Corporation. Most recently, Millenacker held the role of VP Sales, The North Face and prior to that he held the role of President, Eagle Creek.

Michael will be responsible for overseeing the US go-to-market strategy across Moto, Bike, Clothing, as well as Retail and E-commerce.
