The Forzani Group Ltd. has acquired The Fitness Source Inc., a nine-store chain of fitness stores that generates approximately $20 million in annual sales. The acquisition was financed through existing credit facilities and was said to be immediately accretive. Terms of the deal were kept confidential at the request of the vendor.
