Tailored Brands appointed Karla Gray, a former VP at Nike’s retail operations, as EVP and chief stores officer.
She held key roles across Nike’s retail operations for over 16 years. She led Global Retail Operations, was the General Manager for Direct Retail in Asia-Pacific and Latin America, and most recently was the Vice President and General Manager of the North America Nike Factory Store business. Prior to Nike, Gray spent 14 years at Gap Inc., where she started her career in stores and developed her lasting passion for the consumer and employee experience.
Tailored Brands’ brands include Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, Moores Clothing for Men and K&G Fashion Superstore.

Tailored Brands also appointed John Tighe, most recently at Peerless Clothing, as executive vice president and chief customer officer, and Cooksey, formerly at Lowe’s, as senior vice president of real estate.
