South Africa's Fluid Kayaks has hired Peregrine Distribution Services, a division of Williston, Vt. to provide warehousing and order fulfillment services in the United States.
“Were all very excited about our move to P.D.S.,” said Celliers Kruger, Managing Director for Fluid Kayaks. “Our customers can rest assured that shipping and receiving in North America will run smoothly and professionally.”
PDS President Bob Olsen said he looks forward to helping Fluid expand their U.S. sales.
“Fluid is rapidly growing their brand here in the U.S. and we are anxious to facilitate their growth,” Olsen said.
Peregrine Distribution Services, a unit of Peregrine Outfittersm provides warehousing and back-office services for companies within the outdoor industry looking for a turnkey solution. P.D.S. began operation in 1999 as an outgrowth of Peregrine Outfitters 20 years of rapid order fulfillment and award winning customer service. They maintain warehouses in Williston, VT and Ogden, Utah.
P.D.S.'s other clients include Julbo Inc., AKU, MacPac, Orikaso and Guyot Designs.
Fluid Kayaks has been building kayaks since 2003. The company is located in Parys, South Africa, right next to the Vaal River. Designs are tested on Africa's bigger and scarier rivers and the Indian Ocean.
