Flojos has appointed Christian Lass, a veteran of the beach lifestyle market, as its new director of sales. Lass reportedly hit the ground running, bringing in a skilled team of veteran sales reps within his first month.
The company said this strategic hire comes as it accelerates the brand’s expansion across key national retail channels and builds a robust sales team to support long-term growth.
“Bringing over 25 years of experience in footwear, apparel, hardgoods, and consumer product sales in the action sports arena, Christian Lass will lead Flojos’ wholesale strategy, deepen relationships with retail partners, and scale the brand’s presence across specialty, department store, and e-commerce accounts,” the company said in a media release.
“Flojos has experienced incredible momentum over the past few seasons, and this is the perfect time to strengthen our sales foundation,” said CEO John Dickinson. “With Christian’s leadership and experience, we’re confident in our ability to take the brand to the next level; we foresee meaningful momentum for the Flojos brand, not just this season, but for the long run. This is just the beginning.”
Lass previously served as director of sales for Arbor Collective, Dragon, 509, and FMF (La Jolla Group). The company said his role at Flojos will also oversee the expansion of both internal and external sales forces.
Flojos has expanded its national sales force, bringing on key regional reps to strengthen retail partnerships and drive growth nationwide, including:
- Adam Scott covering the Rockies (UT, CO, WY, and ID)
- Barcus Evans in the Pacific Northwest (OR, WA, MT, and AK)
- Sean Gallivan representing the Northeast (ME, VT, NH, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ, PA, and DE)
- Paul Reinecke leads efforts in Florida
The company said it continues to build momentum while seeking representation in the Midwest and Hawaiian Islands to complete its nationwide coverage.
