Fitbit Inc. and Jawbone have reached a global settlement agreement resolving all outstanding litigation between the parties. The terms of the agreement will remain confidential and both sides look forward to putting these disputes behind them, according to a statement from Fitbit and AliphaCom, an entity acting on benefit of creditors of Jawbone.

Jawbone moved to liquidate in July.

Jawbone had accused Fitbit of stealing trade secrets after some of its employees joined Fitbit. The technology was used in the Fitbit Alta, Jawbone claimed.

According to Wareable, a judge last year ruled in Fitbit’s favor, stating that “no party has been shown to have misappropriated any trade secret.”
