Fila-sponsored tennis players will debut two new collections timed with the 2022 summer hardcourt swing—the Deuce Court Collection and the latest edition of the brand’s Heritage Collection.
Deuce Court Collection
Karolina Pliskova, Barbora Krejcikova, Ekaterina Alexandrova, and Diego Schwartzman will wear the Deuce Court collection at the Western & Southern Open final Grand Slam. The collection mixes multi-dimensional prints in tones of Mediterranean blues and whites.
Pliskova will wear the Deuce Court Racerback Tank with a color-blocked pattern down the center, Krejickova, the Deuce Court, Printed Racerback Tank. Both athletes will pair the tanks with the 13.5-inch skort, with a solid white contrast color waistband. To finish out the women’s collection, the Deuce Court Printed Dress highlights the watercolor blue tones with princess seams at the front.
Schwartzman and Opelka will wear Deuce Court Short Sleeve Printed Crew with a detailed rib collar, paired with matching lightweight Deuce Court Printed Short. The look is interchangeable with the Deuce Court Short available in white with textured mesh side panels.
Heritage Collection
The latest version of Fila’s annual Heritage collection will be worn by Krejcikova, Schwartzman, Opelka, John Isner, and Brandon Nakashima through the U.S. hardcourt summer swing. This year’s edition offers magenta, turquoise and yellow striped piecing, piping, and prints complemented with signature red, white and blue details.
Krejcikova will wear the Heritage Halter Tank in magenta purple and the Heritage Racerback Tank in buttercup yellow. Navy details accentuate the navy waistline in the magenta purple and buttercup 13.5-inch Heritage Color Blocked Skort. The Halter Tank comes in deep teal with navy detailing and buttercup, while the Heritage Racerback Tank is available in white.
The collection includes a multi-colored Heritage Tank in four vertical-striped color combinations to pair with the Heritage Double Layer short, buttercup yellow and teal outer layers and printed Forza ball short in the collection’s vertical-stripe color combinations.
The Heritage Racerback Dress rounds out the collection. Available in white and buttercup yellow, the dress has printed side panels with princess seams at the front and back, contrast color binding at the front neckline, and inside Forza ball shorts.
On the ATP side, Opelka, Schwartzman and Isner will play wearing their variations of the Heritage Collection. Schwartzman and Opelka will pair the collection’s Heritage Stripe Short Sleeve Crew with breathable mesh inserts at the side and underarm panel and Heritage Knit Short with contrast color side panel piecing. Schwartzman’s crew will be in buttercup yellow with deep teal stripes across the chest, complementing the deep teal shorts with buttercup details. Opelka will wear Fila’s signature red, white and navy with a white crew with red and navy stripes across the chest. Red shorts round out the kit paying homage to FILA tradition and America’s homecourt Grand Slam tournament.
Isner’s fall wardrobe will feature two uniquely-colored Heritage Short Sleeve Solid Polos encapsulating the Heritage Collection with deep teal complemented by a Fila navy and buttercup neck trim and white with classic Fila navy and red trim. Isner will also wear the Heritage Stretch Woven Short in deep teal with a yarn-dye elastic waistband and front angled pockets.
The Heritage Collection honors Fila tradition with archival-inspired tracksuits for men and women. The men’s tracksuit focuses on signature Fila colors with a classic white jacket with navy, red and white striped detail in the collar, wrists and bottoms, while the track pant highlights Fila navy with red stripe down the leg. For women, the matching white/navy full-zip jacket and navy track pants feature contrasting side leg detailing.
Throughout the summer hardcourt swing, Alexandrova, Li and Opelka will wear Fila’s newest performance tennis shoe, the Speedserve Energized, while Pliskova, Krejcikova and Schwartzman will wear the Axilus 2 Energized.
