Feel Golf Company, the golf club manufacturer based in Monterey, CA,
signed a seven-year licensing and distribution agreement with its Korean partner, Planquitous Company, Ltd.

“Korea represents one of the largest golf markets in the world,” stated Lee Miller, Feel Golf's CEO. “Obviously we are very pleased to expand our relationship with Planquitous, not only in Korea, but now into other major Asian countries where the sport is growing exponentially in popularity and the number of golfers — including professional players on the Asian, PGA and LPGA Tours. Planquitous's commitment to exceptional quality and their operational expertise, coupled with our own history of success on the Korean Tours, will be a key driver of Feel Golf's future growth.”

“We are very pleased to represent the Feel Golf brand in Korea and now, into many parts of Asia,” stated Mr. Zeno Park, CEO of Planquitous. “Feel's high performance golf clubs and golf grips designed and assembled by PGA Professionals are well known and highly valued by golfers in Asia for their exceptional feel and playability, as well as their overall quality. We plan to further build Feel Golf's excellent reputation to make it a major brand name in the Asian golf market.”

According to terms of the Agreement, Planquitous is required to place golf product purchase orders with Feel that meet or exceed a minimum threshold; this minimum total for the remainder of 2009 alone will more than double their 2008 Feel Golf product sales and the minimum total value is $4.2 MM over the duration of the Agreement. The two companies will also work together in the design and development of a new club line, assembling them in Japan to better serve the Asian market, which places a premium on Japan's high standard of product quality, technology and attention to detail. Planquitous will also provide significant media support for the Feel brand for the duration of the Agreement.

Feel Golf is known for its award winning wedges, as well as its full line of premium golf clubs and innovative reverse taper golf grips.
