Fanatics announced the appointment of Matthew Primack as senior vice president, International Business Development.
Primack, who began in his new role this month, is responsible for building on Fanatics international growth through the acquisition of new rights and commercial routes to market.
Fanatics’ said its international presence has grown significantly in recent years, with the company now operating more than forty offices, manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers in eleven countries worldwide. Primack, who will be based in London, will look to enhance its business development function, capitalizing on the company’s business model and global capabilities in establishing new, long-term partnerships.
Primack was previously the senior vice president at IMG Licensing responsible for leading a global team of sales, marketing, product, and operations executives. In his role, Primack designed and delivered licensed consumer product extension businesses for a broad portfolio of brands in sports, entertainment, gaming, corporate IP, and celebrity personalities. He will report to Fanatics President, Business Affairs, Gary Gertzog.

Zohar Ravid, currently general manager and head of corporate development for Fanatics’ International business will shift his role to lead Global Corporate Development across all of Fanatics’ businesses. From mid-2022 Ravid will be based out of Fanatics’ New York office and will continue in his work with the company’s global partners.
Fanatics partners with Manchester United, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, FA, UEFA, NFL, NBA, and Formula One.
