Tracy McInnes has been promoted to president of Factory Design Labs. She will be responsible for overseeing the agency's internal client-facing departments including Creative Services, Interactive Services, Marketing Services, Production Services and Account Services. McInnes was previously VP, account services at Factory.


Before joining Factory in 2005, McInnes was at Karsh & Hagan Communications and prior to that at Young & Rubicam in Chicago. Her portfolio of brands includes: The North Face, Winter Park, SCARPA, Audi of America, Airwalk, Oakley, Rawlings, The Colorado Lottery, Jim Beam, Knob Creek Bourbon, Vox™ Vodka, Sears Roebuck and Co.


“Tracy has developed a first class Account Services department at Factory during the past three years. A native to Colorado, with a true love for the outdoors, McInnes graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
