EXOS, a company using science to design health and performance solutions for athletes and fitness companies, released a new certification program for coaches, trainers and physical therapists to become EXOS-Certified Fitness Specialists.
The EXOS Fitness Specialist Certification is a 10.5-hour online certification focused on providing fitness professionals with the tools they need to drive outcomes for general fitness clients.
Additionally, the company announced the first in a series of EXOS Presents courses in collaboration with Intel, on wearables data. The initial course focuses on leveraging data to help facilitate recovery. The course, “EXOS Presents: Using Data to Help Facilitate Recovery” includes a data conceptualization model to organize data, provides context and clarity to data collected, and explores how to integrate data into programming to drive positive outcomes.
