EuroSocks North America, through a sale of assets to Sockwise, Inc has become EuroSocks International, Inc.
Eurosocks International is now owned by Giuliano Cortinovis, owner of ARCOS S.P.A., the manufacturing factory in Italy that produces EuroSocks. Cortinovis also owns Sockwise Inc., the United States distribution and logistics facility from which EuroSocks products have been and will continue to be shipped.
Jim Marble, one of the founding partners of EuroSocks North America, will be in charge of North American operations for EuroSocks International.
