ElliptiGO Inc., the pioneer of stand-up cycling, announced the addition of two new team members at both their San Diego headquarters and in the field. Jessica DellaRossa has been hired as a sales operations specialist. Cindy Decker has been hired as a territory sales manager.
“Continuing to grow the stand-up cycling category requires the highest quality team members, and Cindy and Jessica are both skilled professionals who live by the values that guide ElliptiGO,” said Bryan Pate, CEO and co-founder of ElliptiGO. “We’re excited to see like-minded, yet unique individuals positively impact our corporate culture and our sales and operations goals.”
DellaRossa has joined the ElliptiGO team as a sales operations specialist, assisting with asset management, supply chain logistics, and dealer relations. With experience in both the political and wine and spirits industries, DellaRosa brings her skills in sales, planning and customer service to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with the University of Montana in Resource Conservation, with a minor in Climate Change Studies. Her passion for the environment includes her interest in fitness and the outdoors. DellaRosa is a hiker, runner, and cyclist. She recently completed walking the El Camino de Santiago, a nearly 500-mile route from St. Jean-Pied-de-Port, France to Finisterre, Spain. She is currently in training to run the Mountains to Beach Marathon, using an ElliptiGO long-stride bike for cross training.
Formerly the national partnerships manager at Performance Bicycle, Decker has shown dedication to growing relationships within the cycling community and getting more people on bikes throughout her career. Decker holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, where she studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Decker is an avid cyclist and has been very active in numerous bike charities including AIDS/LifeCycle, Tour de Cure and Bike MS as a participant, volunteer, and vendor partner. In her role as Territory Sales Manager, Decker will work to grow ElliptiGO’s network of dealers, sharing stand-up cycling with industry leaders and key retailers in the western United States.
ElliptiGO employs close to 20 team members at their headquarters and in the field.
