Easton-Bell Sports announced several recent hires and promotions aimed at bolstering brand management, product design and marketing at its Bell bike division. 


The company appointed Niki Jaimes as the new brand manager for its bike division where she will manage brand marketing, advertising and public relations programs.


Jaimes most recently served as channel marketing manager at GoPro,  here she oversaw marketing efforts within the specialty retail channel. Jaimes’ bicycle industry experience also includes roles as events manager and retail marketing manager at Specialized Bicycles.


The company has hired Scott Strysick for the newly created role of director of product creation – accessories for both Bell and Blackburn. Strysick was most recently the
director of engineering for Advanced Sports International,  where he was responsible for new product development for all frames and components. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Trek Bicycles in engineering and management roles both in Wisconsin and Taiwan.


Emily Neuman has been promoted from associate digital marketing manager to the associate brand manager for Blackburn. Neuman has been working in various positions
for both Bell and Blackburn brands for the last three years. Within her new role for Blackburn, Neuman will help execute all marketing communications for the new positioning of the Blackburn brand.

Jaimes and Neuman will both report into Azul Couzens, marketing director for Bell and Blackburn and Strysick will report to Tim Mayhew, president and COO of Easton-Bell
Sports.
